CopperCom Manufacture Discontinuance and End of Life Announcement

Dear Customer,

On December 14th 2007, CopperCom notified customers that it had reduced the scope of its operations to the provision of product maintenance and support services.

Manufacture Discontinuance
This letter is to officially notify you of Manufacture Discontinuance of all of Coppercom’s products effective December 22nd, 2007. This Manufacture Discontinuance includes but is not limited to:

• The CSX next generation switching system and all associated components including the CSX media gateway and all associated plug-ins, the CopperConntroller/Sun Netras, the alarm panel kit, the power distribution system, the modem rack, the console management switch, the CSX line shelf and the Jasomi Session Border Controller

• The CopperCommander management system including the front end, back end and billing servers.
  
  
• The Voicemaxx voice mail system
  
  
• The Switchmaxx self-care system

Last Order Information
Subject to inventory availability, CopperCom will consider purchase requests for spares and expansion plug-ins for existing systems and activation of currently available software features. The last order date for these items is June 30th, 2008.

Termination of Hardware Support
Hardware repair and return services will be available for the duration of your existing warranty arrangement with CopperCom.

Termination of Software Support
CopperCom will continue to support software products for the duration of your existing software warranty and support arrangement with CopperCom.

Release Support Schedule
Notwithstanding your specific warranty terms the following release plans apply:
o CSX releases earlier than Release 2.3 are no longer supported
o CSX planned releases 3.2, 3.3 or future releases will not be released
o CopperCommander release 1.2 or future releases will not be released
o Switchmaxx, future releases beyond release 4.2 will not be released
