Dear Members,

First off all we want to thank each and everyone for your patience over the past several months and most recently your patience with the Board while putting together the 2008 Users Group Conference. In the past the Board had CopperCom resources to help with all the details and trust me that was very much appreciated; however things are different now so we move forward the best way we can in the timeliest fashion possible. So once again, Thanks for you patience.

As many of you have seen there is a sign up sheet for you to fill out and I urge you to do so as soon as possible to help us and the hotel to plan.

MEETING DATA:

The meeting will be held on March 11^th 2008 at the Marriott Chicago O’Hare, 8535 West Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631, 1 (773) 693-4444.

A block of rooms is available for the night of 3/10/2008 and 3/11/2008 at a cost of $159.00/per night. Group Room Rates include one (1) Breakfast Buffet Coupon for Restaurant use only. If there are two or more guests in the room the additional guests will need to pay for the breakfast on their own and coupons do not apply to in-room service.

Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees calling the Hotel Reservations Department directly at 1-866-614-8407 on or before March 3^rd 2008 and make sure to mention the CopperCom Users Group to get the group rate.

Please make your reservations for the hotel as early as possible, rooms are limited at the special Users Group rate of $159.00 (plus taxes) which includes open buffet breakfast for 1 person. You will need to mention that you are with the Coppercom Users Group.

Chicago Marriott O'Hare

Majority of the users we have talked to will be flying in on the 10th, and leaving on 12th. This will give us additional time to discuss about ideas about our industry as we have always done in the past year's meetings.

Coppercom management requested certain rules for their meeting with the users:

1. The meeting between Coppercom and users is only open for Coppercom switch users, and not intended for consultants.
2. Coppercom will check the attendee list in advance, and only those approved will be allowed into the meeting room (during Coppercom session), please sign-up.
3. All questions will be provided to Coppercom in advance and there will be no questions other than those provided will be answered.
